Singing as the Darkness Lifts
The title of this podcast comes from my love of three things: the sound of birds welcoming the dawn, the feeling of darkness lifting, the moments of joy that make my heart sing. In September 2023 I started my new relationship with mondays. I invite you to come on the journey with me as I find out what the air smells like first thing on a monday morning, and what it feels like when you make a leap to follow a whole new journey of coaching and poetry.

Singing as the Darkness Lifts
The title for this blog originated from my love of dawn chorus and early mornings. It also doubles up as a way of noticing what it is that makes a person's heart and soul sing.
